2.4 Face Data
Snapbaby processes facial data through secure, local-only mechanisms, stringent non-disclosure practices, prioritizing user privacy and data protection while delivering personalized content experiences.
- Face data collection: We scan 500-600 of your most recent photos, analyzing adult and child images to extract baby facial data. Our advanced on-device machine learning algorithm uses sophisticated facial recognition techniques to analyze and match baby images. We extract unique facial feature identifiers, converting them into secure asset codes stored exclusively on your device. These codes enable our app to create personalized video templates without compromising image privacy or sharing data externally.
- Our facial recognition process involves:
- Intelligent image scanning
- Secure feature extraction
- Pre-existing facial asset identifiers
- Template personalization
All processing occurs within your device's secure environment, ensuring complete data protection and user privacy.
- Face data usage: Our smart AI technology uses these baby face pictures to create fun, personalized photos and videos. We use a special intelligent recognition system to recognize and match your baby's face to cute photo and video templates. Everything happens directly on your phone, keeping your photos safe and private.
- Face data sharing: We will never share your baby's photos with third parties, under any circumstances. All photo processing happens right on your device. No outside companies or people will see your pictures.
- Face data retention: All face data asset identifiers stay within the local database until you delete the app. In the future, when we add features for multiple baby profiles, you'll be able to delete a specific baby's profile and remove their photos.
- Privacy policy reference: Detailed provisions regarding face data collection, usage, storage, and sharing are comprehensively outlined in Section 2.4 of the privacy policy. Users are advised to review this section for comprehensive understanding of face data handling protocols.
